I have some days where I feel like my body may literally blow up.
I’m not a fan of this feeling, however I understand that it is simply temporary.
1 teaspoon anxiety
1 cup exhaustion
a pinch of erratic thoughts
cook in oven at 500 degrees for 30 minutes
stir after done cooking then chill in the freezer
After consuming this delightful dish you will feel the desire to thrust your head into a wall, lose your train of thought, use extreme sarcasm or sass, and you may even become annoyed with every single thing that happens in your day!
This, of course, includes the most insignificant things such as breathing, eating, listening, and keeping your eyes open.
In the mean time taking a few deep breaths is a good thing to do. Remember to have patience with everyone since no one made you feel this way.
I’ll just be over here in my corner working quietly.
