Regardless of your experience with ListReports, it’s no secret that the idea of “pairing” is an aspect of our platform. If you’re unclear on what the concept of pairing is, let us quickly explain.
When an agent pairs with a loan officer, their marketing kit materials become co-branded with that loan officer’s contact details. That’s why agents can only pair with one loan officer at a time — though they are welcome to change their paired loan officer whenever they like.
The exciting part is that by co-branding their marketing materials, agents automatically unlock access to additional features, such as custom text-to-lead codes that ensure 100% accurate lead capture, single property websites that are perfect for sharing on social media, and more!
Once a loan officer accepts an agent’s invitation, the agent can select a unique custom code (meaning no one else can use the same code), and it will automatically appear on the materials in any future marketing kits they request. Cool, right?
But that’s not even the best part! Through our Shop, agents can order one of our reusable sign riders — that’s right, we mean reusable. Because each custom short code is tied to the agent, not any one of their listings, the same code can be used for all of the agent’s listings.
You might be thinking, but how does that work? How do you know which property each lead is interested in? Good question! We use our proprietary geolocation technology to locate each lead’s location when they text an agent’s short code, then send them the single property website for the agent’s listing that is nearest to the lead.

If someone texts the code from a location that isn’t near any of the agent’s listings, we send them a link to all of the available listings that belong to that agent, allowing the lead to choose the one they are interested in.
The best part? When a lead texts the code, their phone number is automatically uploaded to the My Leads section of the agent and loan officer’s ListReports accounts, capturing a cell phone number to reach out to for follow-up.
Speaking of follow-up, ListReports conveniently has a few options for automated follow-up to make your life even easier.
You can either set up Just Listed text alerts, which send new listings to your leads based on their search preferences, or My ListReport email alerts, which are monthly home reports containing information on estimated home equity, home financing, potential rent income, and more.
